You either have to do the work yourself , in other words devote a lot of your valuable time to monitoring your VPS server, or else you have to deploy a 3rd–party solution whose sole duty will be to monitor your VPS server. And this is precisely where our Optional Managed Services package can comes in real handy. Thanks to it, your server will be included in our custom–made server managing software system, which will keep an eye on all the basic services. And in the event of any service trouble, our system administrators will be alerted right away and they will solve the problem as quickly as possible.

Weekly Backups

Manually backing up a Linux Virtual Private Server isn’t the simplest thing on earth. You will either have to use a different server or your home computer, alternatively rely on a 3rd–party tool. We offer a much simpler and easier way with our Optional Managed Services offer. We will create a full backup of your Virtual Private Server every single week, so you never need to fear losing essential information. Last but not least we can always recover a backup copy really quickly. All our backups are stored on a special machine with a RAID array of disk drives, so if anything goes wrong with any part of your stored hosted content, we’ve got your back.

Installation & Troubleshooting

Having a Linux Virtual Private Server, you have full freedom to run any kind of script or service on your it. Still, some scripts are more difficult to run and may require some additional setup from you. That is where our Optional Managed Services offer will come in real handy. It features 30 minutes of installation & troubleshooting procedures – which means you can literally employ one of our expert server administrators for half an hour and have him help you with the installation process of any kind of software application that you desire. And/or have him take care of a trouble that you are experiencing with your Virtual Private Server.

The Optional Managed Services deal is bundled with the majority of our OpenVZ Linux Virtual Private Servers and is an add–on for the KVM Linux Virtual Private Servers.
