A: The website migration service that we are offering is free (to a certain extent). We will transfer your website(s) to our super–modern cloud hosting platform without you having to do anything. We know from experience that switching web hosting providers can lead to lost information and unnecessary network downtime. Because of this, we’ll perform all that for you at no cost!We have skilled administrators whose chief task is to ensure that your site functions exactly as it did on your former web hosting platform. The administrators are well–versed in migrating custom–built sites, as well as sites that are based on famous scripts such as WordPress and Joomla^™.

A: While we can’t give you a precise time frame, because there are a lot of variables, among them the physical size of the files and databases, the location of the current host’s server, the complexity of your website and the present workload of our Website Migration Department, etc., we’ll try our best to transfer your web site within 48 hours, and in certain cases – within 24 hours (in case the content is not large).

A: Yep. We will need the name of the website that you’d like us to move. We’ll also need a way to access your old web hosting account so that we can get the files associated with your web site.

A: Our Privacy Policy is an indivisible part of the contract that we’ll have with you as a client. We’re committed to protecting the security of the personal information gathered from the customers. To do that, we use technical security measures to avoid the loss, the misuse, the alteration or the unlawful disclosure of the personal data under our control. The measures include, but are not limited to: physical, digital and administrative procedures to protect and secure the details that we acquire on the World Wide Web. When we ask customers to supply financial information (such as a debit card number), this info is encoded using the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technique.

A: Your web site will continue to work exactly like it did before with your former web hosting provider. Once we are done with the migration, your web site will be configured to work on our platform and we will ask you to preview it. If it is functioning properly, all you will have to do is change the name server resource records corresponding to your domain. Your website will be migrated to us with no downtime.

A: Nope. Apart from your login credentials for the Control Panel, we will not need anything. We will never get in touch with your hosting provider. They won’t know anything about the transfer either.

A: We support all Linux–driven hosting platforms. Basically, if we can gain access to your Control Panel, we’ll be able to migrate your site.The only platforms that we do not support are closed–source site creation platforms like Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square, Mr Site, etc.
